"I wanted to take a few minutes and commend your company for the excellent service I have received for the past couple of years. About a year and a half ago, I had a real mice problem in my home in Annandale. Howard came over and checked the place out and about a week or so after the treatment began, I never saw another mouse. I am now renting my house in Annandale, but continue your service there to make sure it stays mouse and bug free.

I moved in with my Dad this summer and recently we had noticed some odd beetles in the house. My first call was to Connor's Pest Protection. I was surprised and delighted to see that it was Howard who showed up to check out the problem. He is professional, knowledgeable and a real asset to your company. He knew right away what the beetle was (a stink bug!) My Dad and I were so relieved as you can imagine. He thoroughly checked the rest of the house and gave us a clean bill of health. You need to give him a raise. He is a definite asset to your business. Particularly when I was so upset about the mice in my house, he was calm and reassuring and set up a treatment that started right away.

I would also like to say that I really like the technician who comes to my Falls Church home (I’m sorry, but I do not recall his name). But I would like to put in a good word for him as well, he does a through job and is always a fun person to talk to.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the recent home rodent control service provided by Wayne Wilbur. Though we have had mice for years, Wayne has been persistent in determining how to eliminate this problem from our house. In one week, we have had three appointments: one to combat an alleged squirrel problem in our attic (actually, the problem turned out to be more mice) and two more follow-up appointments to check the mousetraps. I'm writing to commend one of your pest control employees, Sandy Beach. Sandy has been helping us prevent mice from getting into our home for the last couple of years. We live in a wooded area and every autumn, it's a battle as mice try to find warm places for winter.

Sandy is not the first pest exterminator, we've had. Every exterminator who inspects the house has the same initial reaction: "This should be very easy, because you have a very tight house." However, they soon find out how resourceful those mice are.

With Sandy's help, this was the first autumn in a good number of years when we've had no unwelcome guests! Sandy came several times to ensure that the bait traps outside were full. Previously, he closely inspected the house, finding some small potential entry points. He came back a few days later and helped us fill the holes with Dow Great Stuff. That went well beyond the call of duty. Sandy has done a great job for us and we hope you commend him.
