Taylor. We recently had two separate squirrel infestations. Raymond showed extreme interest and desire to help us with the problem. He made a number of trips to make certain everything was progressing well. He stopped during his free time on at least one occasion to check on the progress.
Most important to a customer, each time he told us he would come to the house, he was there, and on time. This is so important to one awaiting someone who is doing some work. His demeanor is one of cheerfulness at all times.
You are to be commended to have a staff such as this. I wanted to call your specific attention to Raymond with this letter. Actually today Robert was with Raymond to evaluate the roof and although this was only his second visit, he should be commended too, appearing to have the same qualities."
"I wanted to take a few minutes and commend your company for the excellent service I have received for the past couple of years. About a year and a half ago, I had a real mice problem in my home in Annandale. Howard came over and checked the place out and about a week or so after the treatment began, I never saw another mouse. I am now renting my house in Annandale, but continue your service there to make sure it stays mouse and bug free.
I moved in with my Dad this summer and recently we had noticed some odd beetles in the house. My first call was to Connors. I was surprised and delighted to see that it was Howard who showed up to check out the problem. He is professional, knowledgeable and a real asset to your company. He knew right away what the beetle was (a stink bug!) My Dad and I were so relieved as you can imagine. He thoroughly checked the rest of the house and gave us a clean bill of health. You need to give him a raise. He is a definite asset to your business. Particularly when I was so upset about the mice in my house, he was calm and reassuring and set up a treatment that started right away.
I would also like to say that I really like the technician who comes to my Falls Church home(I’m sorry, but I do not recall his name). But I would like to put in a good word for him as well, he does a through job and is always a fun person to talk to.
You have great people on your team. Excellent service from the person who answers the phone to the technicians. I have already recommended you to my boss, who uses you, and will continue to do so. You’re like the Nordstrom’s of pest control!"
"I wanted to express my appreciation for the recent home service provided by Wayne Wilbur. Though we have had mice for years, Wayne has been persistent in determining how to eliminate this problem from our house. In one week, we have had three appointments: one to combat an alleged squirrel problem in our attic(actually, the problem turned out to be more mice) and two more follow-up appointments to check the mousetraps. With two mice dead, we hope to be turning a corner with our pest problems.
While I have no doubt that we will always need to be proactive in eliminating unwanted “guests,” we truly appreciate Wayne’s perseverance in tackling our home pest problems."
