"I just want you to know how professional and helpful Marshall Adair was today. He picked up a moth sample am today and called me this pm to tell me it had been identified. What a pleasant individual and can not say enough about your company. In addition to Marshall, Daniel removed some hornets/yellow jackets this past summer and he too was another professional individual. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was going to do and the follow-up. You certainly have two loyal employees. Thanks to them, I feel very comfortable calling you with any pest management issues and certainly would recommend Connors to friends."
