"Dear Connor’s,

I wanted to express my appreciation for the recent home rodent control service provided by Wayne Wilbur. Though we have had mice for years, Wayne has been persistent in determining how to eliminate this problem from our house. In one week, we have had three appointments: one to combat an alleged squirrel problem in our attic (actually, the problem turned out to be more mice) and two more follow-up appointments to check the mousetraps. With two mice dead, we hope to be turning a corner with our pest problems.

While I have no doubt that we will always need to be proactive in eliminating unwanted “guests,” we truly appreciate Wayne’s perseverance in tackling our home pest problems."
