Inside Connor’s: A Member of the Connors’ Team is Embarking on a New Journey

We are sad to say goodbye to a valued member of the Connors family. After ten years of dedicated service, Adriana Castellon is preparing to move to San Diego, where she will begin the next chapter of her life.

Adriana became a member of the Connors’ team shortly after moving to the United States from Bolivia.  She started out as a Pest Control Processer.  She flourished in that position, and then moved on to become the Administrator f the Sentricon Department and Construction Division.  Eventually, she became the Administrator of the Maryland Branch and moved to our office in Silver Spring.

No matter what position Adriana held, she was always willing to share her expert knowledge with the rest of the staff.  During her ten years at Connors, she helped her coworkers learn how to master computer technology.  This mastery of technology has helped our company expand and grow.  We are forever grateful to Adriana for her patience and expertise. 

While work kept her busy, it did not take all of her time.  Adriana also managed to have an exciting and fulfilling personal life during her time at Connors. In fact, she met her husband, Fernando Pachas, when he joined the Connors’ family in 2003.  It was exciting for us to watch the love between Fernando and Adriana blossom.  From the first date to the wedding, the bond continues to grow.

Adriana’s love was given to her fellow employees as well. She was always the first person to visit a sick or injured employee, just as she was always quick to offer a kind word or helping hand.  Her empathy helped bring the Connors’ family even closer together, and it will be missed. 

When an employee works at Connors, they become a member of the family.  With that in mind, we want Adriana to know that even though she is moving on to San Diego, she will be in our hearts forever.   We are happy to have been a part of this chapter of her life, and hope to be a part of the next one as well.
