While thinking about the subject for my rambling here at Connor’s a couple of things came to mind. With spring approaching it’s time to be thinking about this year’s “bug of the season” Pest have their own life cycle and that includes times when they are out and about creating havoc. Spring not only welcomes warmer weather, an increase in sunshine, and a change in wardrobes it is also that time of the year when old friends return once again; friends like termites, ants, and stink bugs. You’ll be reading more about these old friends throughout this month, so I’d like to take a few minutes to take you on a tour of the Connor’s Pest Protection web site.
Why? First, because you’re already here; you didn’t just come here because you like to look at pictures of bugs. You’re here because something is bugging you. The second reason is the more important one; the Connor’s Pest Protection website is the most information filled site of its kind that I know of. I refer to it as “pest from A to Z”.
Here you have access to a virtual library specifically directed toward pests. I invite you to do what I’ve done; go through the site, page by page, exploring what’s available. One example is right where you are at. Here on the home page you’ll find sections with information about news, the Connor’s Twitter page and this blog; all updated and relevant.
Way up there in the upper left part of this page you can select from among several areas addressing pests. One in particular worth a look is called the Connor’s Pest University. By selecting that area of the site you’ll find topics like Just For Kids, information on most of the common kinds of pest, and a handy reference for identifying what pest you just encountered. And there’s a lot more available to you right here. I hope you take a few minutes to check it out.
